Matt: I find it rather witty myself.
Candace: So much so, I fear others would be angered.
Matt: Ah but to live free of fear is a luxury those of our stature can often afford.
Candace: I doubt the validity of such a statement. For it is such a high a stature that is the mark for many.
Matt: 'Tis not titles such as Cpt. or Lt. which allow us to operate outside such bounds, but our understanding that more battles will come. The names and the faces change but the game stays the same. History will forget us, but the landscape will remember.
Candace: That may be true. However, we were speaking of how others viewed those such as ourselves. Being untouchable does not place you outside of anger. Remember that.

I do so enjoy reading over my blog and remembering the drama that was the center of my world only 3 months earlier. It is amusing how nothing ever really changes. My thoughts mirror those of the past, the only thing that really changes is the basis of the situation. But really its the same old story.
Its also amusing to read the quote about boys, and know which was about whom, and realize...
